Ordering Process

To place an order, check out the different items available via the ‘Collection' page. Select items for purchase using the ‘Add to order' button next to individual items. For printed items, make sure that you select the print format that you desire- letterpress versus offset printing. All printed products are available in either format.

Once you have added all the items for purchase, select the ‘Checkout' button at the top of the page. This will take you to a separate checkout page, which is managed by Paypal.com. You will be able to determine the quantity of each selection on this page, as well as remove any unintended items. Sales tax & shipping will also be calculated at this point.

Most importantly, all credit card information will be secured by Paypal- and, if you have a Paypal account, checkout is even quicker! After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase & providing an estimated shipping time.

Please note: your credit card will not be charged until you submit your order on paypal.com.


Shipping Process

Most items on tartella.com ship within 5-10 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email regarding the expected shipping time. All domestic & international orders are sent via United States Postal Service First Class Mail in padded envelopes. Shipping costs are determined at checkout. If you require products sent via a faster method, please contact us for other alternatives. We will do our best to help you get the product in the method you need!

Please note that we do NOT include insurance on orders under $50.00. This is because we have not had issues with lost mail. If your order subtotal is under $50.00, but you would like insurance added, please contact us, and we will make sure to add it.   If your order subtotal is equal to or over $50.00, don't worry- we have already added it!

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds or replacements for any uninsured order that has gone missing in the mail.   Please make sure that you are providing a valid mailing address, and one that does not have a history of missing packages. Valid email addresses and phone numbers also help us, in case we have any questions regarding the mailing address.
